We do not charge for delivery to mainland UK, Orkney, Shetland and the Western Isles.
If you are outside these areas, but within EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa), accurate delivery charges will be calculated at checkout based on your items and delivery location.
Items purchased for delivery in Europe, Middle East and Africa are subject to a delivery charge, the amount will be shown at the Review Your Order stage of the checkout, before you place your order. The charge accurately calculated based on the weight of the items and delivery destination.
Our eStore is currently unable to calculate charges for delivery outside EMEA. In these cases a notification will appear at the Review Your Order stage but you can still submit your order. We will contact you after you submit your order to obtain your agreement before we complete your order and take payment.
After completing your order we will send you an order acknowledgement email with details of the items you have ordered and an order reference number.
Goods are usually dispatched within 1-5 working days of availability. Once dispatched, goods are sent next day delivery within mainland UK.
