To get started you will need:

  • Your Sweet & Maxwell Payer account number
  • An Invoice number from an invoice no older than 18 months

The first person in your organisation to register with My Account will be assigned as the Organisation Administrator. We recommend that this is the person who pays invoices within your organisation. They will control the administration, have access to all privileges and can invite other users within your organisation to use My Account. If you are prevented from registering as the Organisation Administrator it will be because another member of your organisation has already registered. If this is the case, please contact them to be added as a user.
